Our Friendship and Meet-Up Groups give neurodivergent young adults a place to show up as themselves, connect with peers who get them, and have fun doing what they love. Whether it's bonding over a favorite film, geeking out about anime, or simply learning what it means to be a good friend, these groups are where real relationships take root.
Because when young adults feel seen, heard and welcomed, they don't just connect — they thrive.
Foundations for Friendships
Our Foundations for Friendship group meets weekly on Zoom, creating a welcoming space to connect, build meaningful relationships, and simply enjoy being together. Each session is designed to foster genuine connection, encourage new friendships, and bring a sense of fun and belonging to everyone involved!
